WARRANTY AGREEMENT

Warrants to the owner that the Poured-in-Place protective surface sold and/or installed to/for the owner will be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years and workmanship is warranted for (1) year from the date of installation when installed in accordance with Pour & Play Surfacing installation specifications and when used for the purpose for which our product was intended. The warranty shall not be applicable if the product and/or installation are damaged by natural disaster including but not limited to lightning, earthquakes, tornadoes, hail or hurricane, by any act of negligence, accidents of misuse, including but not limited to vandalism, standing water, civil disobedience, or acts of war. Stone compaction and cavitations will not be the responsibility of Pour & Play Surfacing, LLC.

If, upon inspection by Pour & Play Surfacing., the Poured-in-Place system fails due to manufacturing defects as outlined above, Pour & Play Surfacing will repair or credit the buyer as determined on a pro-rated basis, based upon the number of remaining months in the un-expired warranty. The warranty is void unless payment has been received in full.
